★ GENERAL
• I have the right to refuse any commission requests that I am not comfortable with.• Please be sure to provide as many references as needed in order for me to easily work on your commission.• Regular commissions are for personal use only. Do not use commission for NFTs or generative AI.★ PAYMENTS
• PAYMENTS IN FULL UPFRONT VIA PAYPAL OR CASHAPP; USD.• ADDITIONAL CHARACTERS WILL HAVE EXTRA FEES.• +20% PRIVACY FEE (No streaming or posting of work process)★ REVISIONS
You are allowed up to three (3) revisions during the sketching process. After this is complete and lineart/sketch clean up has begun, no more revisions are allowed.★ DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
• NO DEADLINES ALLOWED. I will try to complete your commission in a timely manner.• Over-all turn-around time can range between 1 week to 2 months depending on the complexity of your commission and the amount of commissions I have in my to-do.• Commissions will be sent via Vgen, Email, or Discord.★ USE
• DO NOT RESELL OR USE COMMISSIONED ART FOR PROFIT! As stated previously, commissions are for personal use only, such as:
- profile pictures
- social media headers/banners
- printing and framing to put in your room• DO NOT use commissioned work for commercial purposes, such as:
- stream and video assets
- info graphics
- emotes
- online stickers (discord)
- merch of any kind
- stream or video thumbnails• DO NOT use commissioned work for generative ai or NFTs.• Breach of this will result in being blacklisted.★ REFUNDS
• Full refunds will only occur if your commission is cancelled before I have started.• If you need to cancel your commission in middle of the creation process, or if I am unable to fully complete your commission, a partial refund will be given based on what stage of the drawing process your commission is on.★ COMMUNICATION
• I will send Works in Progress screenshots and let you know when the sketch and overall commission is complete.• Please also let me know if you’d wish for the process of your commission to remain private (ie: posting of WIPs to social media, working on your commission on stream).
